Josie has been with us for over 19 years, making a real difference to people’s lives, firstly as a Lettings Officer in the Lettings Team and now at Prospa. She’s all about making sure you feel supported from the moment you first get in touch to the day you get your keys. Kathryn brings a wealth of experience to her role, having begun her career in Manchester before joining Weaver Vale to head up the team at Prospa. Her goal is simple: to ensure we continue offering beautiful homes in stunning locations; accessible and affordable to all.

Emma brings wide-ranging experience in housing to Prospa, she is the friendly expert guiding our buyers from first enquiry to move-in day, answering questions, arranging viewings, supporting applications, and keeping every step smooth and stress free for our customers.

Sam is our Senior Homeownership Officer, responsible for delivering customer focused support and expert guidance to shared ownership customers throughout their homeownership journey, from queries about repairs and the lease to staircasing and resales, Sam is on hand to support and guide you through the process.

Behind the scenes at Weaver Vale Housing Trust, we work closely with our PR and Comms, Development, and Legal teams to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
