Josie shares her thoughts on 2022

2022 has been a really great year for Prospa Homes, we have completed sales of all our shared ownership homes at both our Stanneylands site in Wilmslow and our Upton Dene site in Chester helping 29 customers to secure their new homes and we have reservations on both of our properties on the exclusive Abbey Lane development in Hartford.  We have received some fantastic feedback with one of our happy customers at Stanneylands commenting ‘For me and my family, it worked perfectly for our situation, and we get to live in an area where both me and the boys have grown up, with a much more affordable option. I also have the option to buy in the future which I’m considering, but also have the option to sell if it came to it; it’s great to have that flexibility. I’ve not felt restricted with decoration either, although it isn’t completely mine it still feels like my home, which you don’t get in a rental property where it can be extremely limited……My new house is so homely, me and the boys have had a fresh start thanks to shared ownership’. We have also completed sales of the first three shared ownership homes at the Winnington Place development which is in a fantastic position with good access to rail and road networks, Northwich town centre and a variety of local amenities and schools.  We have just launched the next phase of shared ownership properties on this development which consists of four 2 bed houses (insert link to Winnington page), please do get in touch if you would like to discuss these properties further.
