Stanneylands Next Phase –

We’ve got an update on Stanneylands for you. Our final phase of Shared Ownership homes, The Goldsmith, were due to be launched in December.  The developer, David Wilson Homes, has informed us the homes will now not be available until May 2022, with a possible launch date in February. We appreciate this may be disappointing, however we will keep you up to date with any future news including potential new launch dates.  We’ve sold 12 shared ownership homes at Stanneylands to date and you can read about some our customers below.
